Indian company SenRa is integrating its open, standards-based network and devices with Yodiwo's IoT platform to simplify and accelerate the creation and deployment of IoT projects using the LoRa ecosystem.
Swedish application enablement platform and IoT services provider Yodiwo focuses on accelerating the development and deployment of IoT applications for industrial and enterprise environments. SenRa is a pan- India LPWAN provider for long-range LoRa-based IoT applications.
"This partnership will provide India with low cost end-to-end smart solutions leveraging the LoRa LPWAN technology," said Ali Hosseini, chief executive officer of SenRa. "Yodiwo's platform provides us the ability to move fast and deploy quickly solutions with real-time analytics for our customers."
Yodiwo and its partners have developed services for facility and asset management, smart city, retail and supply chain verticals, while other IoT products in various verticals are under development. With presence in Europe, USA, Africa and the Middle East, Yodiwo is aiming to expand operations into India by forming and leveraging scalable partnership models, whereby partners, system integrators and service providers can fast-track their IoT strategy and capabilities by using Yodiwo's platforms, tools and services.
"By leveraging SenRa's carrier grade LPWAN infrastructure, Yodiwo will be able to serve the Indian market with sustainable IoT solutions," said Alex Maniatopoulos, CEO of Yodiwo.
SenRa plans to deploy LPWANs across India to include the 90 cities that have been selected by the government as part of its smart city missions. SenRa's ability to launch and manage networks, while also deploying both macrocell and microcell technology at scale, provides support for many LPWAN use cases.
Through its Cyan codeless workflow creator, Wisper cross platform IoT fog gateway technology and Alcyone smart cloud engine that orchestrates analytics, services data and devices, Yodiwo says it offers a one-stop-shop for IoT capabilities.
SenRa, a contributing member of the LoRa Alliance, is an LPWAN provider for IoT and M2M applications. The LoRa Alliance is an open, non-profit association that has grown to more than 400 members since its inception in March 2015.
