Richard Shepherd, Director of Sales, Industrial IOT Solutions Group, AT&T Mobility Services LLC
Richard brings over 20 years of expertise in implementing strategic outsourced business solutions, managing engineering systems integration, managing process improvement initiatives and experience as a leader in workforce globalization.
In his current role, Richard serves as Director of Sales for the Industrial IOT Application Solutions group at AT&T. Richard manages a team of subject matter experts around the country who help customers across many industries design and implement IOT solutions. Richard's past professional experience as a sales director of Mobile Applications and as an executive director of software engineering in product development provides a broad range of experience for deployments of a global workforce, technology integration, and business process excellence.
Richard has an extensive background in managing global software engineering teams in product development, instituting transformational business process improvements, and establishing world-class practices for on-time delivery of software.
Prior to his current role, Richard was the Director of Sales for AT&T's Advanced Mobile Applications Practice. He managed a team of sales executives who worked with Line-of-Business and IT departments to define, design and deploy custom mobile application solutions that helped corporations solve various business problems.
Prior to AT&T, Richard was the Director of Systems Engineering of Hewlett-Packard’s Business Notebook Division. In this role Richard was responsible for Software Program Management, System of Record Tools, Software Image Development and Systems Integration Test.
Richard has a Master's in Business Administration from University of St. Thomas in Houston, TX and Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA.
Richard and his wife Lisa have three sons and reside in Houston, Texas.

Fred Yentz, President & CEO, ILS Technology (a Telit company)

Fred Yentz joined ILS Technology as senior vice president and chief operating officer in January 2007, bringing with him more than 20 years industry experience in the technology solution market. Prior to ILS Technology, Fred Yentz served as Vice President and General Manager of RadiSys Corporation, a leading provider of embedded solutions for the telecommunications, enterprise data, medical equipment and the industrial automation marketplaces.
Yentz is named as an inventor on two U.S. patents and has received IBM's First Level Plateau Invention Achievement Award. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Telecommunications Industry Association (TIA), National Science and Technology Education Program (NSTEP), and is chairman of the Industry Advisory Board for Florida Atlantic University's College of Engineering.
Yentz holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Michigan Technological University (1988), a Master of Business Administration (1996) from the University of Miami, and a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems (1997) from the University of Miami.
