As the number of software options for deploying connecting devices multiplies, those platforms offer more than simply connectivity management. This session will look at the basic components of an end-to-end software platform, including the basic database, connectivity, device management, rule-based process management, analytics, and other tools software brings to bear.
Robin Duke-Woolley, Founder & CEO, Beecham Research
Robin has over 35 years experience in the telecom/IT industry. Firstly in commercial roles covering Marketing Management, Sales Management and General Management in international technology vendor companies. Secondly in market analysis/consulting roles. He has been researching the M2M/IOT market for over a decade, since 2001, and is an internationally recognized thought leader in this area.
Dr. Vanja Subotic, Director of Product Management, InterDigital
Dr. Vanja Subotic is a Director of Product Management for InterDigital IoT Solutions group based out of New York City. In her current role, Dr. Subotic leads product planning, partner management, customer engagements, trade shows participation, and other product marketing activities. This touches various industry segments including industrial and smart cities.
Prior to her work at InterDigital, Dr. Subotic held a variety of roles that included consulting, program and solutions management, strategy planning, carrier sales of next-generation solutions, and doctoral research on wireless communications systems. Dr. Vanja Subotic holds Bachelor and Doctorate degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario in London, Canada.
